Sovereign Systemtechnik (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd [SOVSYSTEK] is a fully Sarawak Owned Bumiputera enterprise registered and licensed by PETRONAS to operate in the downstream Oil & Gas services sector. With a service focus on 'Decommissioning', 'Underwater Services', and best in class Fleet Versatility (SSVs & ROVs, DSVs & AHTs >100tbp), SOVEREIGN aims to provide the highest quality of service and assets to Petronas and other Oil and Gas Upstream operators in Sarawak. STRUCTURE





SOVSYSTEK was formed through a Joint Venture between wholly owned Sarawak State Government company 'Permodalan ASSAR Sdn Bhd' and Sovereign Sengalang Sdn Bhd. SOVSYSTEK's main purpose is to participate in Sarawak State's dynamic Oil & Gas sector, and provide greater financial benefit from the Oil & Gas Sector not only to the State of Sarawak, but also to over 70,000 unit trust stakeholders of Amanah Saham Sarawak (ASSAR).

DSV SUBSEA OPS



SOVSYSTEK offers a DSV that is flexible, stable and a reliable platform to carry out a wide range of deep and shallow water operations in challenging offshore environments. With a very energy efficient propulsion set-up, this DP 3 vessel features a 400 t active heave compensated crane and 2 work class ROVs capable of operating in up to 3,000 m water depth. The large 1,850 m2 free deck is uniquely designed with hundreds of non-welding, sea fastening features, and coffer- -dams are built in above all tanks to ensure efficiency and flexibility for client operations. The accommodation features 120 modern single cabins to meet increased comfort level requirements.



AHTs >100tbp



We provide a state-of-the-art vessel built for deep water anchor handling and oilfield operations with reliability, safety and minimized environmental footprint as a top priority. Powered by five medium speed engines with total output of more than 23,000 horsepower, a fuel efficient and flexible hybrid propulsion system and fixed pitch on all side thrusters, the vessel provides good fuel economy, low emissions and excellent station keeping capabilities (ERN 4 x 99). Also designed for high safe deck operations, the vessel is equipped with a multi deck handler system, anchor recovery frame, gypsy handling system and other aids.



DECOMMISSIONING



SOVSYSTEK is able to undertake project management, engineering, subcontractor management, offshore planning, interface management and associated logistics, execution of the offshore work scopes required in the removal of the subsea facilities, and thereafter the disposal through management of waste disposal contractors​. SOVSYSTEK project deliverables include Towing of FPU, Rig moves, Subsea recovery work, Subsea well P&A and supply duties. Specially developed equipment eliminates the need to mobilise expensive reel drive systems, minimised trips to port to offload recovered items, and reduced the likelihood of spills.



SAFETY EQUIPMENT



WT-W650V3 is a monitoring system to provide safe crane operation for offshore platforms and related supporting facilities. A stable and reliable system has been widely used for CNOOC’s and COSL’s offshore crane on their drilling platform for many years​. In order to strengthen the workers’ protection during production work, improve workers’ conditions, prevent accidents, provide safety consideration of saving manpower and cost, and hassle-free work, considering the human-machine relationship, the requirements for the safety of the equipment itself, the comfort of the operator's working environment is enhanced. The need of safety monitoring system is becoming more and more urgent in these modern times where self-regulation in the way forward.

LOAD MOMENT INDICATOR



Load moment indicator(also called as"crane computer" or "safe load indicator") can be in form of LCD dynamic graphics and comprehensive display the various parameters in the process of work. As the main hook load, auxiliary hook load,boom Angle, length, working radius, etc. Alarm function Sound and light alarm function: when the crane boom work amplitude limit close to work, when lifting load and torque device close to the permitted load limit, torque system issued a warning of slow beeping sound. OVERLOAD LIMITER



WTZ-A300 Overload Limiter is a smart weigh overload protector, which measures the changes of the weight of the loaded goods by a preset weight sensor and displays the actual load instantly on the display instrument. When the load reaches the given point of rated load, the acousto-optic alarm of the hoisting weight limiter will be triggered, with the switching value output displayed. The whole system is composed of sensor, connecting cable, microcomputer host and so on. The device is designed and manufactured in accordance with requirements of GB 12602-2009 “Lifting Machinery Overload Protection Devices” and GB / T 3811-2008 “Crane Design Specification”.
